Since 1974 Milwaukee Punch Corp has served the tool and die industry with punch and die components. 2005 saw Milwaukee Punch celebrate its 30th anniversary of business, to add to this a new business venture was announced in December 2003.

AW Precision Ltd of Rugby, England has acquired partial ownership of Milwaukee Punch Corp, and will be involved in all aspects of the business within the United States. This merge will further add to the resources of the Milwaukee facility in many forms including a state of the art robotic punch grinder. Milwaukee Punch Corp has also adopted the new name AW Precision LLC.
