Die Set Manufacturers

Our standard Die Sets are produced by the latest generation of CNC machining centres, which are known for their high accuracy and repeatability – this means a high-quality product every time.

Our extremely skilled and experienced staff members can also ensure that our standard Die Sets are of the highest quality, by performing quality assurance procedures (ISO 9001) for every product.

We adopt a selective fit policy for our pillars and guide bushes, so we are able to achieve consistency through the Die Set assembly. We provide three different classes which are outlined in our Die Sets brochure, and we select Class Two as a standard supply.

Even though we do provide a range of Die Sets including Standard, Special and Fully Machined Die Sets, we are also able to custom make Die Sets to individual design requirements. The new generation of CNC equipment allows us to supply Die Sets with flame-cut peripheral shapes and apertures.
